01Acceptance and the game operator
These Terms govern your use of Hajwala Tarat (هجولة طارات), a mobile online car and drift game made by the studio MipZero for players across the Arab world. The contracting game operator is [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name], at Amman, Jordan ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is MipZero and our contact email is contact@mipzero.com. The app identifier on Android and iOS is com.mipzero.mz00. Visit the game page and the online Terms.
By accepting these Terms through the game's acceptance process, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. You can read these Terms before accepting them. Section 2 explains age eligibility, limited offline play and the one-time guardian email approval required before online play, chat and purchases.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to optional data processing, advertising personalisation or marketing.
The game launches on Android first, with iOS planned later. References to the iOS version, Apple App Store billing and iOS-specific permissions apply when that version is available. They do not promise a release date.
02Eligibility, age and parental permission
You must be at least 13 to use the game, and meet any higher age restriction required by local law or shown on your local store listing. Players under 13 cannot use the game: no account is created and no ads are requested. Guardian permission does not override this rule; there is no guardian approval route for them.
Eligible players aged 13–17 may play offline in a limited mode while waiting for a parent or legal guardian's one-time approval by email. This mode has no online play, no chat and no purchases. Guardian approval is required before online play, chat and purchases. If you otherwise lack legal capacity to agree to these Terms yourself, your legal guardian must review them and give valid permission.
Check the content rating on Google Play and, once released, the App Store in your country. Ratings can differ by store and region; they do not replace the age, privacy-consent and guardian requirements.
The age question is asked once at first launch, before an account exists. Only the age band is stored: under 13, 13–17 or 18+; we never store a birth date. The band is stored locally and in the account once an account exists. It cannot be changed in the game. To correct a wrong answer, use Contact us at contact@mipzero.com.
For eligible teens, we request a guardian's email address, send a confirmation request and make proportionate checks of the guardian's identity and authority before online play, chat and purchases. The guardian approves those features and separately sets Analytics and Promotional notifications, which remain off until the guardian opts in. Teens never receive personalised ads; tracking is disabled and no ATT prompt is shown. Extra evidence is requested only if necessary; identity documents are not requested by default. The Privacy Policy explains age bands, records and how to withdraw permission or request deletion. If required guardian approval is missing or withdrawn, eligible teens remain limited to offline play without online play, chat or purchases.
If you give permission as a parent or legal guardian, review these Terms and supervise the child's use and purchases. Purchases are also covered in section 5.
03Accounts and account access
Nescie Game Services creates an anonymous account after the age check and, for teens, one-time guardian email approval in section 2. Limited offline play while waiting for that approval does not require an online account; no account is created for players under 13. You can optionally link it to Google or Apple, including Sign in with Apple, through the available linking options. An anonymous account still has an account ID and associated data.
Each account is for one person's use. Do not share, lend, sell or transfer an account, impersonate another person, or use another person's linked sign-in credentials. Keep access to your device and linked accounts secure, and contact contact@mipzero.com if you believe your account has been misused. Responsibility for activity on an account remains subject to applicable law and the actual circumstances of unauthorised use.
If an account is not linked, uninstalling the game, clearing its data, losing the device or changing devices may cause you to lose access. Recovery of an unlinked account, its progress, currency or items may not be possible. Linking may help preserve access, but does not guarantee recovery in every situation. This does not remove any purchase or consumer rights you have under applicable law.
Do not create or use accounts to evade restrictions or bans. Deletion of an account is described in section 15 and in the Privacy Policy.
04Licence to use the game
While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the game for your own entertainment on supported devices. This licence is subject to lawful suspension or termination under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the game or its intellectual property.
Do not copy, distribute, resell, commercially exploit or make unauthorised changes to the game, or reverse engineer it, except to the extent applicable law gives you a right that these Terms cannot restrict. Do not bypass security or purchase controls. Supported optional game controllers are permitted. Gameplay resulting from their use is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
05Purchases, virtual currency and virtual items
The game offers cosmetic items and virtual currency, including coins and gems. Remove ads is an in-app purchase, also included in VIP; section 10 explains which ads it turns off. Purchases use Unity IAP with Google Play billing, or Apple App Store billing when the iOS version is available. The price, currency and any applicable charges shown in the store's purchase confirmation apply to that purchase. Review them before confirming payment.
Virtual currency and items are licensed for use within the game; you do not acquire ownership of the underlying digital assets. They have no real-money value, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be transferred outside the game. You must not sell, exchange for real money or trade accounts, currency or items through unauthorised arrangements. They are not a deposit, investment or payment instrument.
Purchase receipts are validated through Nescie Game Services. If a purchase is missing or incorrect, contact contact@mipzero.com with the relevant transaction reference; do not send payment-card details or account passwords.
Refunds follow the applicable Google Play or Apple App Store policy and applicable law. Nothing here makes every purchase non-refundable or waives mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. A refunded, reversed or fraudulent transaction may result in correction or removal of the corresponding currency or items, subject to applicable law. We do not promise refunds beyond the rights and policies that apply.
Eligible players aged 13–17 cannot make purchases until the one-time guardian email approval in section 2 has been received; any additional legal requirements also apply. Never use someone else's payment method without permission. Purchases also go through the app store's own parental controls (Google Play, and Apple App Store once iOS is available), which the parent or guardian can set up. Contact the relevant store and us about an unauthorised purchase; whether a refund is due depends on store policy and applicable law, not solely on whether the game account was used.
Prices and the items offered for future purchases may change. Game balancing, service changes, account deletion or lawful termination may affect the availability or use of virtual items and currency. We must respect applicable law, give any required notice and provide any remedy required by law. Buying virtual content does not guarantee that the online service will continue indefinitely.
06Code of conduct
Treat other players fairly and respectfully. You must not:
- Cheat, hack, use unauthorised mods, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, manipulate the economy or leaderboards, or interfere with the game, its servers or other players' connections.
- Harass, threaten, bully or encourage harm to another person.
- Post hate speech or content attacking people based on protected characteristics, or promote violence against them.
- Post sexual content, solicit sexual contact or exploit or endanger children.
- Share personal data in chat, including your own or someone else's contact details, address, identity documents, passwords or payment details.
- Impersonate another player, a moderator, the studio or another person or organisation.
- Engage in real-money trading, sell or buy accounts, or sell or transfer currency or items outside the game.
- Scam players, misuse payment or refund systems, submit knowingly false reports, evade a ban, or encourage others to break these rules.
- Post unlawful content or infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
Report bugs or suspected abuse through the game's player-reporting features or contact@mipzero.com. Do not exploit a bug while waiting for a response. Driving and drifting in the game are entertainment and should not be copied through unsafe or unlawful conduct on real roads.
07Chat and user content
The game offers in-room text chat and quick chat with preset messages. Your nickname, messages and other content you submit must comply with these Terms. Only submit content you are entitled to share. Other room participants can see your chat, so do not treat it as private communication.
You keep any rights you have in your original content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, for the territories where the service is lawfully operated, to host, store, reproduce and display that content only as needed to provide the relevant game features, handle reports, moderate the service and comply with law. This is not a general permission to use your content in unrelated advertising. The permission lasts only as long as needed for those purposes, including any lawful, limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data within content remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law; this permission does not replace a required data-protection basis or consent. We may remove or restrict content that breaches these Terms or where law requires. We cannot guarantee that other players will comply or that every harmful message will be blocked.
08Reporting and moderation
Use the game's player-reporting features or contact contact@mipzero.com to report suspected rule breaches. Provide relevant details without adding unnecessary personal information. Reports should be made honestly.
Chat may be stored and reviewed for reports and safety. Reported content may be reviewed by moderators. Moderation may use relevant chat, reports, account, gameplay and purchase information. The Privacy Policy explains how this information is handled and retained.
We may remove content, issue warnings, restrict chat or other features, correct progress or balances obtained through abuse, or suspend or ban an account. Measures should reflect the seriousness, frequency and impact of the conduct and any legal requirements. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome or an immediate response.
09Suspensions, bans and review
We may temporarily suspend access while investigating credible concerns, or restrict or ban an account for serious or repeated breaches, threats to the service or players, or where required by law. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice to protect players or the service. Where lawful and appropriate, we will explain the reason and any steps available to challenge the decision; we may withhold details that would expose others' data or undermine a necessary investigation or security measure.
To ask for a review, contact contact@mipzero.com with your game account ID and relevant details. We will review your challenge and the relevant information. Do not create another account to evade the measure while it is being reviewed.
Suspension or termination may affect access to progress, items and currency. That does not automatically remove any mandatory refund, consumer or dispute rights. Any removal of purchased entitlements must comply with applicable law.
10Advertising
The game shows banner, interstitial (full-screen) and rewarded video ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which works with these ad partners: AppLovin, Unity Ads and ironSource. Players aged 18 or older see personalised ads only if they agree, and can change this any time in Settings → Privacy. Players under 18 always get non-personalised ads with age-appropriate content (rated up to Teen), and their data is not used for interest-based advertising. Ad partners may use the device's advertising ID and IP address to deliver ads, measure them, limit how often they repeat, and prevent fraud. Remove ads (an in-app purchase, also included in VIP) turns off banner and interstitial ads; rewarded ads stay, because the player chooses to watch them.
ironSource is part of Unity. Each provider may collect device/advertising identifiers, IP addresses and ad-interaction data under its own policy, consistent with the choices below. There are several independent providers, so no single privacy-policy URL covers them all:
- Google (AdMob): Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
- AppLovin: Privacy Policy.
- Unity Ads and ironSource (Unity): Game Player and App User Privacy Policy; Unity's general Privacy Policy.
Settings → Privacy contains Personalised ads, Analytics (usage data) and Promotional notifications. All are off until the player opts in, with separate consent for each purpose. Personalised ads are for adults only and always off for players under 18; we do not enable tracking or show Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt to teens. For teens, Analytics and Promotional notifications are set by the guardian and remain off until the guardian opts in.
For adults, Google's consent form is shown where Google requires it: the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland and US states with privacy laws. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message asks for your choice first. Google's Privacy options entry appears in Settings → Privacy where Google requires it in those regions. Adults outside those regions see a one-time personalised-ads card with Yes and No given equal weight; No is the default. We do not show this card in addition to Google's form. On iOS, Apple's ATT prompt follows only after an adult chooses Yes to personalised ads, and before any tracking or IDFA access that requires that permission.
You can give, refuse or withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy. Turning Promotional notifications on may ask for the device's notification permission if needed; turning them off withdraws promotional consent. Device permission alone is not promotional consent. When personalised ads are off, any ads shown are non-personalised and are served only where lawful. The Privacy Policy explains these choices, device ad settings and ATT for the future iOS version.
An ad may lead to a third party's service with its own terms. Displaying an ad does not itself mean that we endorse every claim it makes. Any responsibility we have for advertisements remains subject to applicable law.
11Online service availability and changes
Online play depends on an internet connection, compatible devices and the availability of our services and third-party services. Multiplayer uses Photon Fusion 2 by Exit Games, with rooms of up to 20 players. A room may have fewer players; capacity is not a guarantee that matchmaking, a particular room or access will always be available.
Maintenance, faults, updates and circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt play or affect saved progress. Features, server arrangements and available content may change, and servers or the online service may eventually end. We do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent access to any particular feature.
For a material reduction or closure, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and any notice required by law. We will address unused paid content and other affected purchases as required by applicable law and store policy. Urgent security, safety or legal reasons may require changes without advance notice. These provisions do not exclude remedies that the law requires.
12Intellectual property
The game, software, artwork, audio, branding and other game materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Rights remain with their respective owners. Except for the permissions expressly granted in these Terms or rights you have under applicable law, no rights are transferred to you.
Do not remove ownership notices or use game branding in a way that suggests an unauthorised affiliation. Your rights in your own user content are addressed in section 7.
13Third-party services
The game uses Photon Fusion 2/Exit Games for multiplayer; Nescie Game Services for backend features; Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery using the push token; Google and Apple for optional linked sign-in; Unity IAP and Google Play/Apple App Store for in-app purchases; and Google AdMob (Google), with mediation partners AppLovin, Unity Ads and ironSource (ironSource is part of Unity) for ads.
Where you use a third party's own service or account, its applicable terms and privacy policy also apply. Availability and features may depend on that provider. These Terms do not create an agreement on behalf of a third party or excuse us from our own obligations to you. Each advertising provider may collect device/advertising identifiers, IP addresses and ad-interaction data under its own policy, consistent with the choices and provider-specific links in section 10. See the Privacy Policy for the roles of these services in data processing.
14Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an "as available" basis, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or suitable for every purpose. We do not promise that all progress or content can be recovered after a technical failure.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business opportunities arising from your use of the game. We do not exclude liability simply because a third party is involved; responsibility remains determined by applicable law and the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory remedies and other non-waivable rights continue to apply.
15Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the game at any time. To delete your anonymous or linked account, use Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm by typing DELETE (حذف in Arabic) in the game, or email contact@mipzero.com without needing to reinstall the app. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your game account. The Privacy Policy explains verification, what is removed and the limited lawful retention exceptions in its section 9. In-app deletion erases your game account and its game data from the server right away after you confirm it: profile, cloud save/progress, friends links, balances, item entitlements and leaderboard association. Email deletion requests are carried out once we have verified the account is yours; the general rights-response deadline in Privacy Policy section 12 still applies. Deleted data is purged from backups within 30 days of deletion, or sooner if law requires.
In-app deletion does not erase your cross-game login identity: a device-based sign-in identifier that our backend provider, Nescie Game Services, keeps to operate sign-in across games. After deletion, the same phone signs in again as a new player with an empty game account. To have this device sign-in identifier removed, email contact@mipzero.com; it is removed within the rights-response deadline in Privacy Policy section 12.
If the device is offline, nothing is sent. The game tells you to try again when connected or email contact@mipzero.com. After deletion, the local save and the age band are cleared, and the game starts as a new player.
We may end your access for the reasons and under the safeguards in sections 9 and 11. When access ends, your licence to use the affected services ends. You may lose access to progress, items and currency, subject to any remedies required by applicable law or store policy. Neither termination nor voluntary deletion automatically forfeits mandatory purchase or refund rights.
Provisions that need to continue for their purpose, such as intellectual property protections, lawful retention of records, resolution of existing purchase issues and legal disputes, continue only to the extent needed and permitted by law. Termination does not authorise indefinite use of personal data.
16Changes to these Terms and language versions
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, our services or legal requirements. We will publish the updated text with its effective date and give notice of material changes in the game or by another appropriate method before they take effect, where required by law. Where fresh acceptance is required, we will obtain it. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights in a way prohibited by law.
If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using the game and request deletion. Any legal rights concerning affected purchases remain available. A Terms update does not itself provide privacy consent for a new use of data.
The Arabic version controls if the versions differ; the English version is a translation. This does not limit mandatory rights or legally required local-language protections.
17Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, on a non-exclusive basis. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or any right under applicable law to bring a claim before a court where you live.
You may contact us to seek a resolution, but doing so is not a condition for exercising your mandatory legal rights.
